Alrighty then, since the question was already asked............... Hey TT!! Where in the name of all that's Holy did I stick your garbage can turkey recipe?? Had it printed out and now can't find it. Have searched all over here. Phil, if you have that recipe handy and it wouldn't be a bother, could you call me with it? Don't know if I'll get a chance to back online before all heck breaks loose.

Well, we know what some of ya'll are doing for Thanksgiving meals (meaning Faith, Phil and the rest of the crew showing up out there for that GT) but...what about the rest of ya, any special dishes or time honored traditional family menus?? OR are ya breaking tradition and doing something completely new? Girly Girl and I are skipping TD on Thurs and doing a meal at the range that Sunday,,it's the last day the range will be open this year and I figure it's fitting....

OR are ya breaking tradition and doing something completely new? Not much change from at least our tradition! I will roast up an 20# turkey stuffed with oyster dressing, plus extra dressing. Gravy, whipped taters & corn. Pumpkin and apple pie. Kids and grandkids show up about 1pm eat and enjoy and around 3pm will head to their mothers.Start all over. Myself and Mrs snake will take a 2 hour nap,get up and clean up and wait for Christmas. snake-eyes

We will have fried turkey and baked ham. Sweet potatoes, dressing, potato salad, cranberry sauce, gravy, salad, corn, green salad, baked beans, hot rolls with butter and whatever desserts everyone brings. About 11 of us will meet. This is my household and the 2 daughters and their families who live on either side of us. We will not be dieting that day ;D ;D

Only thing exected to be out of the normal will be a pair of new guests at the table. My brother invited a couple of friends who just came to our country from Cuba. They're both middle aged physcians and never experienced Thanksgiving holiday. Mom made me swear to be nice... We'll see! ;D
