Just saw the pictures and I'm really hungry now....Great job Ralph, and it looks like you had a great crew at the cook out also.....To bring pictures over here, you need to get a host site like photobucket.com...They'll store your pictures and they will also provide you with a URL that when cut and pasted, you can transfer it here to this post ....You'll see the URL, but when you click on "Post reply" the picture will appear for all to see......

Unless I decide to fuel up the van and travel to family, I'll be here alone with the cows. Not hardly worth firing up a hibachi for. Might celebrate with my "one beer a year". Now - I didn't say what size. Did I?

Hey, the more the merrier. But can y'all wait until the 24th? We're having a cookout here that weekend. Officially it'll be Martin's graduation party. But I figure the kids will go off and do their thing. Us "old farts" can do whatever it is we do. If Phil gets well, he'll be here even if Mike has to go get him. Sharon (eaglenest) is coming too. Just add your name to the list if you want to join our campfire.

Yeah, but I heard your butt's been draggin'. Not sure if I'd pay that price. Hope you're getting to feeling better. So sorry to hear about Wiggles though.

Watch it!~ You want me to post your latest haircut on here? Didn't think so. I'm not out of the woods yet. This "thing" keeps cyceling from cured to hell then back again. I thought a couple of times already it was over but not yet. I was looking forward to a little sit out and have pizza this Saturday but this morning realized that I just do not have the strength yet. There is still congestion and a little pain left in my chest. Mostly I'm just terrible weak. On the lighter side I should break 200 tomorrow, maybe Friday. Just a few weeks ago I bought some new Levi, regular cut boot legs so I could get something to fit my scrawny butt with only enough room left to fit a good sized wallet. Looks Like I'm in need of "slim cut" and a ten gallon hat for bull ridin'! While I still got these 40's propped up on my hip bones, 38's are now in order. Well, I guess that's one way to get into somebody else's pants! I'm still hoping I can get some of that butt and smloke me some jpulledpork before I cash it in!

You got Lawrence county Ohio beat all to heck! Still, in the shade it's been 100o+ here for the past 10 days. Thermometer out in the sun reads between 110o and 120o. Forecast is for another two days of this. Then temps in the mid-80s and scattered t'storms for the next week.
Yesterday afternoon, I had a squirrel slowly walk (more like crawl) across the yard and lay down under a tree. There wasn't one bit of bounce to his step and he didn't appear sick. Just really hot and tired.
