Santa, the house isn't the problem. A simple 3 bedroom, 2 bath doublewide will do nicely. Where it is setting seems to be the hang up.
Requirements
Outside city limits
5 acres or more unless it borders the National Forest then any size would do.
And the hardest part in this area, reasonably flat land so my wife can get around a little with her wheelchair. A nearly vertical driveway is not condusive to a wheelchair unless the rider enjoys the high speed travel and sudden stops. Note the flat area only need to cover the drive and a reasonable area around the home.
It must be located within Unicoi County, Tn.. Having lost a younger sister to cancer while I was living far away in Indiana and not getting to see her much prior to her death leaving my mother(65) and older sister(47) who have both had cancer and other major medical problems, I do not plan on being far away again for our last remaining years together.
I would also appreciate a new home for my older brother. I hear Russia is nice!

Now to get serious Santa....We're all doing good health wse, got a roof over our head and the fridge has food in it.... Christian is doing exceptionally well and is healthy and in the 97% for his age......What I do wish for is a 4x4 , cheap but can run okay...dont need AC, I just open the ammonia hole, but it does need a good heater....radio would be optional but not a necessity....My old Ford bit the dust because I couldnt afford to put a front seal in the transmitian......I got all the gear I need and all the clothes I need, so its gotta be a truck, either SUV or pickup, I dont care....

My wish list for this year is very short.
Dear Santa.
This year there will be not much of a Christmas, not even a tree or any decorations. We will have a simple family dinner, but there will be a empty chair this year. The chair belonged to Mama. Our ever cheerful and loving Mama. We will miss her smile as she watched us unwrapping our presents. We will miss her kind words and prayer before dinner. We will miss the handwoven wooden baskets filled to the rim with home baked German Christmas cookies. Above all we will miss her endless love for her children and her son-in-law (me).
Please give us strength in this time where the house seems even more empty than before.
Thank you.

Unless you'd want to be our neighbors- the place next door is also for sale. ;D As far as that house in Russia for the brother, make sure it's got 3 BR's cause I'm going to send my brother-in-law & nephew to live with your brother!

Nice little shack in Siberia Poochkin! 20x15 foot great room with wood burning stove in the middle of the room. Tell the relatives to bring lots of nice warm woolen blankets. Oh, don't melt the yellow snow for drinking water! Da Da

Bless your heart Othmar! It is refreshing to know a grown man who understands that you are never too old or too big to be without a Mother or Father. I'm afraid that so many of our young people don't have that understanding and really miss something because of it. Siometimes I wish I could make it so that all of the people, especially the good ones, could be around forever. But you know that task has already been seen to. One day my friend... Just be patient and never lose your faith. Meanwhile keep your Christmas well and remember that really the only difference is this; While your table in this world grows smaller, your table in the next grows ever larger and even this very day is filled with smiles, laughter and love. The bounty is so enormous and without limit. Have faith my friend. Here is something just for you. I hope it makes you feel a little better. An Early Gift!

Steven a 4 x 4 is a really good gift! Old Santa would like a nice one too! How about we share, maybe do deer camp together next season? Oh, Paws was at the post office this morning and you'll be getting a call. While he was jaw jacking with the post master, Frank, he lost your address! I thought about picking it up and handing it to him but with all those folk in front of all that glass window I didn't want to suddenly appear and cause panic! He did get the packages off to Iraq though. He showed up an hour before they opened and they opened up just for him and let him lock the packages up inside while he went to get breakfast. Nice guy that Frank!

Thank you for the gift and the kind words. You're right, parents are what the roots are to a tree.

Wow, Othmar, that sobered me up.
You know I've got a lot of brotherly love for you and Heidi and I hate that you're hurting for the holiday.
I doubt Mama would have you two exchange your holiday traditions for mourning. I wish I wasn't so far away, I'd give you a big hug my friend.
Santa, be good to them, they're good people.

I would, but Mike and Tom are swinging their frying pans a little more level with my noggin after I showed them the "new" shotgun I want for Christimas from over at the Trading Post. Winchester Model 12, 12ga just like grand-dad's that my kid brother got. You betcha there was a hefty price on that baby!! Momma's got ex-PENNNNN-sive taste!!

Santa, I'm going to set out some Cinnamon-Orange-Cranberry-Raisin-Walnut Christmas Wreath for you! That is if the gang around here doesn't eat it all by supper time tonight. The rest of you all can just enjoy the no-fat/no-sugar/no-calorie "virtual & safe" version

Dunno sweetie. I woke up this morning and both pans were still on the table but there wasn't even crumbs left. Bunch of piggies didn't even leave me one little piece to enjoy with my morning coffee! At least I did get a couple piches of the raw dough while it was raising.
