PAW PAWS' FORGEThe Late Jim, Paw Paw, Wilson (1940-2005) was both a blacksmith and a re-enactor. He frequently did smithing demonstrations for the French & Indian War, *The American Revolution, The War of 1812, and the Civil War. He was familiar with the cooking equipment for those conflicts and thus brought tremendous insight into the history of cooking utensils, as well as cookery history, and methods. Through his spirit his anvil continues to ring and though he is sorely missed, we are glad that his legacy continues. *Jim (pawpaw) Wilson is the author of The Revolutionary Blacksmith , available in paperback.
