The International Dutch Oven Society is a non-profit organization based in Logan, Utah. Our primary mission is to promote and encourage the art and skill of Dutch oven cooking, and to provide education regarding the benefits and methods of Dutch oven cooking. Dutch Oven Gatherings (DOGs) are held annually throughout the nation to share friendship, the spirit of competition, and great food!

Here is a great site for the sausage maker. This is a club of guess what? "Yes!" Sausage makers!! You will need an interpretor though; they speak English! ;D They have it all! Everything you ever thought about concerning smoking, drying, cutting, seasoning, storing, canning, ... (See, told you they have it all!)

Hey, you can't cook it if it is too big for the pot! Drop in and say hello to Othmar and get yourself a PHD in butchering! A tremendous site for the hunter, chef, and outdoorsman who wants to know how to do it right!! Some great recipes are here too.

Everything country. Includes cooking, farming, gardening, horses, cattle, trains, country living, vintage music and dancing shows too. This home page contains links to TV schedules and programming for the nation. Presently Cee Dub and Johnny Nix have outdoor cooking shows and plans are in to add shows from the late Justin Wilson, The Cajun Cook! By the way, one of the members at Racks and Spurs ,Bill Coomer, emailed us telling me that he is a photographer for Johnny Nix and The Campfire Cafe T.V. show. He likes OCC! ;D
