OK promise you won't laugh! My very most favorite thing is a "Radish sandwich". Yep, I slice the red globe radish into very thin slices and pile them up on a slice of buttered bread with a sprinkle of salt and top with another slice of buttered bread!

I have to say that one of my favorite sandwiches is left over, cold baked beans and ketchup on good old wonder bread.
A close second is limburger cheese, onio, and pickles on pumpernckle. Best part of this one is noone else comes around wanting a bite.

Does anyone like tamale's. I make tamale's by the bunches. Chicken, beef and pork and I work with mexican women and I found out you can make cheese tamale's. I can't wait to make some of those. A mexican woman gave me her grandmother's recipe for cheese tamale's but I have to make her some for it. I might make some this week end.
