Check out the recipe box. There are some great chilli recipes that venison burger would go awesome with and look in the meats/venison section.
My favorites always been meatloaf, but you can also use it in sausages, balogna, and salami. It turns out really good!
One the kids LOVE and is really easy is Venison tacos.
Get yerself a pack of taco shells then brown a pound or two of venison burger in the skilet with some diced onion, salt, pepper, and a package of dry taco seasoning. Then have some shredded cheddar cheese on hand, some shredded lettuce, and I like chopped jalapenos or sweet peppers on mine. I let the kids stuff their own tacos the way they want them and they love it.

Hey SK, next season don't grind it all up! You know you can cut steak, roasts, and even chops if you want out of that thing! Use some of that meat for some sloppy Joe's on the bun with Manwich or put some in a pita bread with fetta, lettuce, onion, tomato, sour cream and some sliced olives for a gyro too. Up in Iowas in Bettendorf I think under the bridge what connects with Rock Island or Moline there is a restaurant what makes all their hamburgers out of loose meat browned with onion ans seasonings then on a bun with the traditional toppings; try that too! Not my thing, but tastes pretty good just a little messy! ;D

Steaks and roasts are great to work with. Give you a lot more options.
For a great burger recipe check out the "Beef & Bean Chalupa" in the ETHNIC RECIPE box (under Mexican Recipes)

If you grind your own then you can control what and how it's done...leaving it up to the processor is just plain risky...I never grind until I'm ready to use burger meat in a dish...some dishes like chili neeed course grind while meat loafs and other burger stuff need a finer grind...besides fresh ground taste better(even from frozen roasts) than stuff that was ground and then frozen...reason?? when you grind you incorporate air into the meat and air and cold don't make for good eats...
here's a quick and easy one for ya and it's quite tastey
2# ground meat 1 large onion chopped med (3/8" dice) 1 package of BettyCrocker@ El'groton (sp) or Scaloped Potatos 2 tbsp olive oil brown meat with garlic powder, salt and pepper...remove from pan and set aside cook onions until soft boil the dehydrated taters untill they are done, drain well mix up the cheese sause and add it to the taters fold it in but don't bust up the taters, add the meat and bring the temp up so everything is hot...adjust the seasonings and enjoy

Oh man, where is my head? Thanks TT cause you made me remember! That meat browned off in chopped onions can be added to any of those hamburger helper mixes, Lipton/Knorr Noodle or rice mixes, boxed casserole potato mixes like TT just showed. A very very good one is the Julienne potato mix.
