Hey, I think the sub-board approach will work better for us. I think you can move topics from the board to the sub-board but I haven't tried it yet. I see several Low Carb threads you might want to try to move to the Low Carb sub-board. Before you do it though you might want to write a dummie thread and try it first. Just in case!

So how do you like the sub-board thing? It sure makes things easier to find the 2nd time around. Are you happy with this set up? Anything we need to do to improve it or make it work better? for all the effort!

I think the suboards worked well......I'm thinking about using that in my recipe section also.....I havent been here mentally for awhile, been pretty sick with a virus for about 2 weeks....

Get well! You probably need some carbs to build your immune system! If you would like we can add more sub-boards to the recipe box for low carb dishes.

Steve I think I want to copy all of the recipes to the Recipe Box sub-boards and identify each as "low carb" "low salt" "expecially for diabetics" or something like that whatever is appropriate. That will provide a master file where folk can find everything eventually that we have hade here, tried or talked about. Then I'm going to start building nutrient tables for all of the recipes.
