Well..I've been asked to do a small cooking Demo for the Women in the Outdoors again..by small I mean just deserts...not sure how many I have to cook for but it should be fun...at the last "Desert Only" demo I did one of the ladies told me not to think like a man and add more Chocolate to the menu ;D..not sure how I'm gona get more into it but heck I aim to please...One of the things I'm gona try this time is baked apples in a crust...you peel and core the apples, roll them around in sugar and cinimmon/apple pie spice, place them on a piece of pastery or pie dough and stuff them with rasins and nuts and lots of brown sugar and apple pie spice then pull the dough up around them and pinch it nearly closed (I closed them up completely once pinching off and sealing the top, wasn't really a very good idea...4 out of the 6 exploded in the DO) you need to have a vent at the top place these on a rack in the bottom of your DO cover and bake like you would any other apple pie...I'll be joined in this venture by my favorite assitant (Girly Girl of course)...hope it turns out as well as the last one just hope the weather is decent...ie no rain and defentally no 80mph winds...

Soak them raisins in brandy first! TT you could do RG's sour dough chocolate cake and ice it with chocolate, serve it with chocolate ice cream, melt down some chocolate fudge and pour it all over the whole mess! ;D

I just realized that I don't have any raisins so I just have to use them dried cranberry things...Craisins that ought to be even better
