Nothin' personal Steve; but your "Scientific Approach" does not inspire confidence! You need to consider the influence of your genes , don't discount the significant affects of your cardio and weight lifting routines (the excess fats and proteins in your diet are needed to maintain muscle structure at your level of activity). Even so, eventually it will catch up with you. The first signs are manifest as a constant state of irritability and bitchiness. Then, you become a woman!
