It was a great birthday. The Lord blessed me with another year, and this year I didn't have my arm in a cast My mother fixed supper for us, which was deer steak, fried taters, butter beans, rice-a-roni with hamburger meat, hot butter cornbread, apple turnovers and no-bake cookies. I would have made either Toby or Mars proud Wife got me a Therma-cell which is supposed to keep the mosquitoes away while hunting. It wasn't the one I wanted but it is the thought that counts.

Mmmmm, sounds like a great meal! ;D
Them Thermowhatjajiggers, is GREAT! I resisted and resisted buying my first Thermocell because them little cans of bug juice that rarely work are so much cheaper, but once I used one....there's no turning back!
They're absolutely scentless, but will keep the skeeters, chiggers, ticks, no-seeums, and biting flies off of you for hours on end. Down in these sub-tropical swamps, there's no more beloved piece of equipment that can go into your backpack!
