that menu was disussed..but we have bout 20-30 loaves of bread that need to be used and it was determined that to keep the cost down this time around french toast would be the ticket..also sausage and gravy generally does not do well with the youngsters...good for mom and pop but the li'l guys like it sweet and sticky...
on the fishing part..we can fish all year around except for trout and in lakes ponds and waterways that are stocked by the state some are closed from Nov -April the others are just closed from mid march to the 3rd Sat in April...for stocking

Well, we got it all done...breakfast, lunch and supper...130 steaks over hard wood coals couple of hundred breakfasts and 100+ lunches..still tired...fishing derby started with breakfast French toast, bacon and OJ options included toasted bagel and cream cheese and or a bowl of cereal, lunch was easy, Hot dogs, chips and soft drinks/bug juice...supper 8oz NY strip grilled to perfection, whole kerrnal buttered corn, baked tater and a garden salad...(we also gave a choice for the "Kid's Meal" of hamburgers or hot dogs) finished off with a peice of very nice cake...plus the bottomless cup of bug juice or coffee...

TT, You and your helpers did an outstanding job and I ;D ;D ;D you all. Sorry to say you over cooked my very rare steak. With a 1/2 to 3/4" steak put on the grill at room temp 2 min per side would be max for me.Just take the red off the outside and I am a happy steak eater.Peppered on the grill and salted at the table and let the blood run on the plate.......To each his own, and thats mine. John
