I'm asking our dear Lord to have them doctors give her good news from her tests and to extend His healing grace to our friend for a quick recovery!

She thinks there is something wrong with her heart. Not to discount the medical profession but you know how female intuition works. She sounds weak. As of the moment there is not much we can do but keep up the prayers. Her family is very supportive and of course a few of us are close enough to help out as needed.

Just got off the phone with Phil. Connection was poor, but what I understood is Sharon is back at the hospital with chronic CHF. From what we hear, they are admitting her to run more tests, ect. She's called her family in to take care of the pets, watch the house and take care of business.

Greta and company are coming in to visit at the hospital then spending the night at her house so at least they have a short term plan. Thanks for helping out Faith.

Was kinda suprised when you called. Hadn't heard from you since back in April. I figured I'd done or said something to be put on your shit list. Glad I relayed the message right and glad to know we're still on speakin' terms. Was good to hear from you.

I think I chewed your ass out for letting Rob continue to breathe and catering to his wedding but that's about it. No biggie. Anyway, like TT said..... But remember this too; sometimes God wants us to remember where our strength comes from and where the praise and credit needs to go. Sometimes He wants us to rely on Him or rest in Him and stop getting in the way of His plan by trying to do our own thing in our own strength. I learned today that when this happens for me the root problem is that I have not been reading my daily Word and need to get focused back in it with regularity. Tell Mikey he is in prayer. (So are You, Rob, Marty and Lana.)

I can't remember what was going on with Rob. He's pretty much put himself out of the family picture. April was when you called me after Holzer Jackson couldn't tell the difference between a heart attack, brain aneurysm, sinus infection or bronchial pneumonia and sent me to Riverside.

Sure hope they can figure out what's going on with Sharon. Still praying for her. If this phone ever stops ringing, I'll try to give her a call. Would go over to visit, but it just isn't possible right now. I've got another friend up in Jackson that's been asking for me, and I can't make it there either.

Thanks for all your Prayers. I was discharged with the Dx of Acute on Chronic Systolic CHF/LVEF=36 %. Within the last few weeks I have had Echo-gram, Stress Test and the Holter Monitor. I know that your body reacts to conditions in different ways. But, I knew what it was and then to have Urgent Care tell me that it was Bronch. Pneumonia!! Right!! My Dad had severe CHF and all the ones on his maternal side, so guess who has it??? Of course, I am the only one left out of my family. Now, I have to have a BMP and CBC and go back to see my family doc and will get an appointment tomorrow to see the heart surgeon. My usual pulse is 50 or below. I have thought 10 yrs. ago that I needed the Defibrillator pacemaker. I hope that I can get it....I know that I will feel better. I have been so stressed out having my great-niece 17 yrs. old going on 10..no joke!! The court does not want me to give up on her. She has been the best, since I have had her for 5 mos. Then the last 5 yrs. She is at Respite Care while I have been in the hospital, but I had a meeting and told them I need a break. I can't go to Eastern Stars, afraid that she will take something as she has very sticky fingers...took money from my purse and robs my blind of food. Her grades have come up from D's & F's....her mid terms were: 1-A, 1-B and 3-C's. I told her that no D's or F's were allowed in this house. I have had to teach her how to clean and have to be with her to get things done. Her mother died of an drug overdose in 2002 and she has been here and there with no structure. But, it is wearing me out. Applied for SSI and turned down last week..her mother has applied and denied before she died. I know that I have to get a lawyer for her. I can not keep her on $486.00 per month either. She had no descent clothes ( she was given many nice clothes and I bought her some. I had her for 2 mos. before getting a month's pay. Now, if this was a younger kid, but a teenager..no way!! She had a good book bag and I had her to show me what was in it one AM and she broke the zipper in spite. My daughter gave me a break and she had no idea of the mental status either. Did she ever get an awakening. I think that now she will "thank" ones for giving her things and etc??? I am going to have another talk with the court. She has broken my clothes dryer last week and before that the lever on my kitchen faucet....what is next??? At least 200.00 for the faucet & plumber and I have bought the belt and one of the younger guys from church took it apart and got the belt out and is coming this afternoon to try to put the new one on....it is a Maytag and different than all others. He told me at church this AM, that he would be out after they went out to lunch. He is a good kid!!
Thanks again and keep me in your prayer,as I am really hoping to the the pacemaker.

Doctors hate it when you know what's wrong based on family history. Same thing happened to me when I was 24 and went in complaining of gal stones. Doc said I was way too young and tested me for everything else first. Come to find out, yep, I had one the size of a tennis ball!! With mom, dad, brother, both grandmas, grandpa, both aunts, and a toddler son with the problem, I'd think I knew what they symptoms and triggers for an attack were. Sharon, believe you me. If I had any way of getting over there right now, I'd be having a field day fixin' stuff for you. Wouldn't charge you a dime either. I love that sort of thing and could certainly benefit from the theraputic nature of such tasks. I don't give up too easily either. Took me over a year before I finally gave up on that piece of crap weed eater!

Hi Sharon, my prayers are still with you an d will be there until you have a successful recovery.....I don't know what the courts really want from you but they are responsible in a legal way to deal with your niece....You must retain an attorney ,because I think the courts are giving you the shaft....They do know of your physical condition don't they....When I lived in NY , we had whats called "PINS",or Parents in need of supervision ,meaning a child, and when proven, the court would do a placement.......At this time, you have to care for yourself , and that time is now......I have a grand son who's in need and even though I've convinced my son and daughter in law that he needs placement, which he's had several times, they still go down to court and cry like babies and get him back...I personally predict a devorce is impending because of him....I get him once in awhile ,and he's fine with me, because he know's I'm from the old school....ONe day,I'm going to kick the crap out of my son and teach him not to be some kind of a woose......In your case, I don't predict an ass whooping would work, it would only hurt you in the end, so again, I implore you to retain an attorney and do it by the books... Physically, I think your doctors are in the right direction and I speak with some knowledge since I too am a heart person....I had my bypass in "95" and since then , its been any n umber of bouts with CHF....If they recommend the pump, get it and they can treat the CHF with medicine at home....Now sorry if I've been long winded, but somewhere in my post, I may hope I've given you some help in which direction to go.......
