Don't put out too many, You may be over blessed. Took 3 sows, one had a litter, then piglets hit the brush when I appered, all three were fat, Worked up two, 102 Lbs of ground and will get 75 more this morning. Now stuffing and smoking

Woohoo!!! ;D Love that fresh ground sausage!!!
I got a small boar with the BP rifle last mont hand give it away to an old man I know. He brought me a couple pounds of italian sausage he'd ground mixed and stuffed and it was purely delicious!!!
Got a few places needing hogs killed, so I reckon I best get off my backside and hit the woods... Got empty freezers to remedy, lol.

I made up 25# Italian stuffed and smoked. Is it ever so good. took the middlens of one put the cure and smoked em. they are good but a little tuff. smoked a set of ribs for tonight. they was out of sight.
