Jeez Phil! That sounds like me moving in to Guernsey Co. fair for a week when I still had the Taurus. But I think you got me beat! I only managed to fit in 5 bales of straw, 3 bales of hay, 300 lb grain, 2 apple crates of canned/boxed foods for self for 5 days, miner's bucket with plate & utensils, a cooler of assorted beverages, 2 pillows, 1 army surplus sleeping bag, 5 sets of clothes, towels, shampoo & soap, 75' garden hose, peace offerings for old jilted boyfriends who barn with me, 9 half-bushel feed tubs, 1 two-bushel watering tub, barn decorations, farm sign & hanging chains, tack box & contents, farrier box & contents, a pitch fork, shovel, push broom and rake, SW radio, carton of smokes, 2 lawn chairs, two 3'x10' gates, 4 T-posts, a 50# watermelon, 2 flashlights with extra batteries, 12 cup coffee pot, 9'x9' roll of indoor/outdoor carpet, wheelbarrow, cordless drill, hammer, hip waders, 2 tarps, 100' extension cord, 3 sets of electric cattle shears, 10x10 canopy, 3 box fans, and a 4 month old, 350#, Jersey heifer calf.-- I thought she was too small to travel a whole 20 miles with the larger cows. You ought to have seen the faces of the McDonald's drive-thru crew when they saw her lying next to me!! Yep! You just gotta know how to pack it all in or on the vehicle.

Yes it takes two days to pack it up. Getting it unpacked? Well, I must confess the Marietta trip last June? Well it still isn't unpacked! ;D

Yes sir and that was in Virginia where I had one more tent plus a passenger and his clothes, tackle box, fishing pole, and cooler! Oh I forgot about the portable charcoal grill at Salt Fork; this year I'm bringing a full sized one plus a smoker!

I'm back in the camper business! My cousin who sold the camper to me and another cousin decided to give the other cousin his money back and let me keep the camper. I inherited the first layer of a new floor! I'll keep you posted.

Phil, haven't you learned anything yet? Here it is late August and deer and turkey season just around the corner and you want to start THAT project all over again. I agree with Brian ;D

Phil, the only reason Carter wanted you to sell this thing is so he could buy it. But if he has deep pockets he sure has been doing a might fine job of hiding them!

You know Phil, I just had a BRILLIANT idea. You know how that thing is wrapped in tin??? I'll bet it would make a great smoke house. Just make a place to hang your meat and get it smoked. Heck, you coould even get your meat smoked while you drove from place to place.

Mobile smoke house? Just run a line from the old exhaust pipe into the camper and slip a little diesel in the gas mix every now and then. That ought to smoke it up really well...course it'd tend to make the meat taste like sh*t!

There is no way I'd want that. But the idea of a mobile smokehouse appeals to me ;D

Well just bend over and grab the vaseline! I bought it from Chris for $250.00 (God rest his confused soul!) I bought tags and registration for $75.00. I had Jimmy haul it down here for another $75.00. I let it set until it got in the way and had Jimmy tear it apart. He took the metal and sold it, left the trash piled up in the back yard. After a year I got tired of moving the trailer when I mowed and gave it to my Recyceling Engineer to rebuild for himself.
