You boys ready for the bad news? Wife's Dad goes in for an MRI Friday to determine the extent ofhis cancer. So far they know he has a slow growing tumor in his colon. Probably been there for at least ten years. Anyway, when the MRI is done he goes into surgery and nobody knows when. May be immediately depending on what else they see. May not be for a week or two. Anyway the bad news is I won't be able to leave here until we know what is up. This means that I may not get out of here until Saturday morning if at all. When he goes into surgery Sue will have to be there with her mom, who is virtually totally blind, and this means I get to baby sit the animals until... Whenever her Dad is capable of caring for Momma! Everybody pray and hope for the best for her dad! I'll let you know what's up as soon as I hear something Friday. I'm not sure what time his appointment is for. I sure hope I can make it up; but, reallity is that this may not happen and may even screw up the Idaho trip.

OK Chuck, I called and nobody answered. Hope you guys and gals are havingagood dry time! ;D We got flooded in yesterday. Sue's Dad got to his appointment and was met wisth; "What appointment, you have an appointment?" Bunch of dildos! Anyway he'll go for more appointments next week. Sue is going to North Carolina Monday I think for three or four days ( I haven't told her it is flooded too!) Then I am going to Idaho on the 2nd. That way we'll have somebody home. Anybody else want to make Idaho I'm told the hog dressed out at 175 pounds and the steer will go around 350. I think I have planned to use about 100 pounds of beef and pretty much all of the hog in the recipes. So there will be an awful lot of soup bones to gnaw on!
