As a new owner of a couple of Brians lures I can say you will like them. I don't know how well they will catch fish yet but they will be the first thing that hits the water when it warms up.

Brian, do you make any spinner types for trout? Please let me know. Your lures look great.......Bill

It wasn't made for trout but my daughter caught a rainbow trout of about 14 inches off the one he sent me. Thing must have been starving. ;D

I make a little spinner that kinda resmbles a "beetle spin" Or a small crank bait about an inch long on the spinner frame. It would be like # 11 or 12 on the first picture with out the diving lip and more shiny finish. Is that what you have in mind???

No, its more like a Cleo, or a Crocodile, or a COLORADO. Silver/blue.......copper/silver......fluorscent orange/silver or gold combo! These are deadly on trout here in this fast water.......Bill

Maybe you could send me a picture of what your thinking of Bill. Is it something like a "Flat fish"? I've been thinking of making some variations of that. Copper, gold, silver and varigated metal leaf is no problem. Also the flourestant colors are doable now. I finally got the paints for them.

Brian, could you make a pop-R like #7 in pic. 1 with blue/white tail feathers? I have had several like that, but wore off the finish ;D Thay are deadly on bass at certain times ;D

Actually, I think you would call it a spoon but it acts like a spinner with the snap swivel!...Bill

Freddie, I like to make the Pop-r types. I have about 3 or 4 right now that I have made. I don't know how to tie the feathers on so I usually just put the treble hook on it. If Bass Pro has the hooks pre tied I can put one of those on it. They usually have white/red sometimes white/blue feathers put on. I'm sending out a pic to Paws this morning of the lures I have right now, Take a look. Bill, I haven't made any spoon lures. I can put the finish you want on a store bought one maybe. Gold or silver and maybe some paint??? ;D

I finally got away from things and took Fred down to the river to try out some of Brian's custom lures. He didn't catch anything, but it wasn't the lures he was using. It was one of them days when the fish just didn't want to bite! Several other boats at the ramp and nobody else caught anything either. There was one old black gal on the bank by the boat ramp catching redbellies on worms though. I'll get him back out there real soon so we can get some pictures posted of Fred and his custom Brian Baits! ;D

OK folks, Just for CG I've added a "set" of 8 lures to the auction for her. Swing over to NAHC BB to bid or if your not a member, maybe one of us who is a member can proxy bid for you. Paws is going to try and put the picture of the lures in the auction in here for y'all to see. The bottom lure will be painted and finished with in my capabilities to the way the winner wants it.

Got one in the mail today! Man Brian, you really do have some skill! This thing is beautiful and will be going on display somehow or the other at the Ohio GT. I got the fishing rig I promised to donate to the kid catching the most fish too. Starting to look forward to this little outing. ;D

Even though I won't make it to the Ohio GT I'll be there in spirit. I didn't know you were giving a kid a fishing rig. OK then, Kids get lures just cause they're kids. I'll have you one coming just for a kid in a few days. put it with the kit your building for the Kid's fishing contest. I won't take no for an answer either. Kids are what it's all about. ;D

Brian,
If you will tell me how much I will send you the money for a couple of the pop-R's. I would like them blue on the top, white on the bottom with treble hooks.

Freddie, What I get for the lures is what ever you feel they are worth after you get them. I STILL have not set any price on any lure. I'll get a couple made up for you and get them coming your way. How long would you like them to be??? I can make them anywhere from 1/2 inch long to 10 or 12 inches long. There is a couple in the pictures but they all have the wood grain on the top. Also would you like the bottom to glow in the dark??? I can do that too. I also have a "Preacher Freddie Special" lure all made up that I was going to send you anyways. I'll should be csending them out in the next few days, monday or Tuesday at the latest. Please e-mail me your address when you can. Thankyou Friend, Brian

Brian,
Would about 3 inches be ok? That is just the body, not counting hooks. I think you can skip the glow in the drk, might scare that big ole bass I'm chasin' ;D I'll e-mail addy as soon as I can remember. I'm getting old and forgetful. Paws knows how it is ;D If you have any doubts ask him LOL
