I'm bck to 220 and don't think there is five pounds of muscle left.

Weighed in at the Docs office last Fri at 181#. I weighed 225 6 months ago.Have not weighed 180 since High School.Gone from a 38 to 34" waist.One of the best side effects is that my back pain is almost nill,for the most part. Before you ask,no I am not sick,just don't eat as much as I once did....Went from 2% milk to water(skim milk).I do not like it,but I am getting use to it,a 1/2 gallon a day at a time..

You guys didn't loose no weight. It found it's way to me. Have put on almost 30 pounds since last summer. Please post you mailing address so I can send it back.

Still at 300lbs. I hit a wall and started a different diet that should get me through and going again. I have a ton of muscle again but need to get back the endurance.
