Appetite has been out of control lately. Decided to nip it in the rear early today with a big bowl of All-Bran cereal and some sugar free Tang.

Nerves huh. Start walking. I started a week ago walking a mile every morning. Day one was 82 steps per minute. Today I'm doing 115 a minute and I can actually feel my legs! It do help with the stress.

Gosh you're good! How the heck did you figure that out on just my saying I feel like I could eat a couple of elephants for a snack?? Yep. Been so frazzed that my whole body is throbbing and I didn't even to anything I enjoyed to throb about. ;D Tried going for a drive along the river this past Sunday just to unwind. Chest pounded the whole way. Made it to Cattletsburg before I decided I was ready to turn around for home. Went for another ride yesterday. This time to Wellston & Jackson via Gallipolis. Nice drive, but was still to wound to enjoy the views. This afternoon, maybe I'll go for a walk if it doesn't downpour. I might make it all the way out to Lottridge Rd - maybe 1/2-mile from my door.

This morning was cottage cheese & peaches with a slice of toast and a tall glass of iced tea.
BTW Phil, come to find out nerves was only half of my problem the other day. Legs started hurting (more like burning with shooting pains & throbbing) so I went to urgent care. Had a raging infection going on that had spread. A possible contributer to the way I felt. Dr. also decided to do a random sugar test. Came back at 170. Possibly another factor for feeling worn out and dizzy. He was only a little concerned but told me to keep it checked.

Sory to hear you are ill; but, good to have a reason found and treated. Breakfast sounded pretty good there! I'm lost this morning. Out of milk, eggs and bread! Guess I could warm up some left over spaghetti!

Left over spaghetti! YUCK! It's only good one time around. Might as well sit down with a jar of paste if I had to settle with leftover skeddie. ;D

Left over pasta is good ifn ya cooked it right and reheat it correctly...pasta should never go past eldante' when cooking it, never serve some one you like mushy pasta, and should be reheated by placing it in a colander or strainer over boiling water and tossing it so it heats evenly...it tends to cook it a bit more but not to much..serve this with finely diced onions and garlic butter... and it's danged good eats for leftovers ;D
