No buns for me. I'm a sliced, white bread type of guy. I like the steaks and the rawer the better but they are not my favorite meal item as I wouldn't want to have it all the time.I could eat cheeseburgers every day. And yea, going by the pic of me, I do. ;D

Simple as it may be I believe that I would have to say baked Macaroni and cheese with chunks of good ol' smoked ham in it..slice or two of whole wheat with lots of butter....a meal fit for a king..and once in a while I replace the ham with hotdogs or burger meat..as long as it's baked and the cheese gets all bubbly and golden brown on top....
now, you know I have been pondering on this for several days now...I love food!!!! I enjoy cooking and eating and I like most all stuff if it's done correctly and don't taste like soggy cardboard (Which is the way frozen ground meat taste to me)...so I had to think real hard on it..I don't want it every day but going a week without it would probably make me nuts...

My favorite meal is tenderloins the morning after the kill, fried spuds and eggs overeasy. Just flour, s&p the tl's and fry them in butter or bacon grease. TL's seldom make it home with me.
After that is backstrap, about 6" to 8" long, wrapped in bacon and turned slow on the grill, cut it up into steaks when it is done. Slice up some taters and give a light coat of olive oil and season with seasoning salt, seasoning pepper and a light blast of garlic powder. Mrs. Dash works good for the seasoning too. Cook these on a veggie tray on the middle rack. Then on the top rack of my grill I will have broccoli crowns or asparagus spears or squash or fresh green beans, something along those lines. Wrap the veggie in a tin foil boat, add some seasonings and some margarine or butter. My son-in-law had never had wild meat till he met my daughter. Once he got a taste of this meal he never missed eating at my house when he knew I was cooking backstrap.
