Just like a man! Thinking he's gonna be all helpful and everything while the woman's away. How am I suppose to find anything if you move stuff from where I put it ?? Just kidding. Thanks! Went out yesterday and picked up all the branches that had fallen on the path going back to the fire ring.

We're winging it. I can't stand itineraries. Bring yourselves & significant other, your sense of humors, and anything (food, horseshoes, fun) you want to share. If anyone is coming that has a portable welder, bring it along and you can give a demo on building a fire grate. We have the materials - just no welder. We really don't have an area safe for shooting, being we over look the highway and have several homes within shot range. There is a possibility we could "borrow" one of the lots on back the road, but they are fairly overgrown with weeds & briars. We don't have a lot to offer other than hospitality right now.
There's a possibility Mike's dad might come down from Belmont Co. Depends if his truck is in running order.

Can do! This should get you from Reynoldsburg to our door. You'll have to zoom out for a full route view. maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Reynoldsburg,+oh&daddr=38.836799,-82.59234&hl=en&geocode=&mra=dme&mrcr=0&mrsp=1&sz=16&sll=38.83583,-82.591438&sspn=0.00819,0.013433&ie=UTF8&t=h&z=16 When you come to Blackfork, look for the diamond shaped "fire truck" road sign on your right and turn left right across the road from it. There's no longer a fire station here......it burned down. If you pass the pond on your left (just around the curve past the logging yard), you've gone too far. Turn left up the hill immediately before the pond. We're the first place on the left as you come up the hill. Notice no house yet ('cept the next door neighbor) on our end of the route. Boy have we been busy!!

Paws, Boy you can tell I am a city boy.....I go by street names and numbers. Turn where the fire station burned down and turn,(yep just turn).Take that turn up the road till you see a black&white cow and keep going. When you see a goat standing eating cherries from a tree, make a turn at the next road.Continue on till you see water. Woops went to far...turn around and go back to the burn downed fire station and turn on the other road...Get the picture snake-eyes

Street names can only get you somewhere if'n there are street signs. Nope. No street sign on either end of our road or most of the roads around us. GPS coordinates to our front door (or pretty dang close to it)lat. 38.8372005509209 lon. -82.59281158447265 Name (Britton), number and street name is on the mailbox. If it looks like it might rain, somebody can bring an awning or screen room to keep us dry.

Well we will be heading mostly West so to keep the sun out of our eyes we probably want to travel after noon or put the visors down. So if we leave after noon then we'll miss breakfast and lunch too. Hmmm... maybe we should trvel before the sun comes up and that way we can see the sunrise in the rearview mirror and we can get breakfast lunch and dinner before we leave to go home and the sun will be behind us and still be light enough for me to make it home. But then if you guys drive over from McConnelsville on 33 the sun will be coming up on your right and Peg won't be able to see it unless she looks through your ears or rides in the bed. Beats the hell out of me! What do you think Faith?

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be able to attend this weekend's feast. It seems that management decided to fire a nurse yesterday morning and now all nurses are required to work extra hours to make up for the loss. Must be available on Saturday afternoon. Thirty people are counting on having care. Would still like to come over and pick up pistol though. Let us know if you will be available Saturday a.m.

No problem, just bring the 30 old people along too! Might want to round up a couple nurses, especially the young and cute ones, to keep them in line though. I'll be leaving pretty much right after Sammy gets his shot. Bruce will be staying over and we should have everything wrapped up by then and heading out. Now since you are coming out this way tell Peg she can send the potato salad and the beer along with you! ;D Or, bring the old folks along too!

Seems like you all have things under control. This is the first day since last Saturday that I've been allowed away from the asylum. I picked up the makings for the pasta salad and a big fruit salad this evening after work. Don't think I'll do the shrimp unless someone calls and wants me to pull it out of the freezer. I've got a porch glider, three outdoor chairs, six comfy dining room chairs and several 5-gal. buckets we can use to park our duffs. Give us a ringy-dingy (Phil, you got our numbers programed. Right?) when you pull out so we can get our eyes open and our clothes on.
Snake, you gonna be able to make it?
