Looks very viable. Shame though I can't get me a female companion with those two person rates being so lucrative for the owners/operators. We just might be able to work something out there. Faith I plan to be at the Coolspot (yes GQ it is a restaurant, well Truck Stop) at 1300 on Sunday and I'm bringing Kenny.

the boys on NAHC Ohio Board are mucking with the mini-GT set for this Sunday. Looks like there might be a change in schedule. I'll keep you advised. How's we suppose to get together if they go and do fool stuff like mucking with the mini- get together Keep us all abreast what the hay is going on with the date/time. I think we're gonna slip over to the Cool Spot on Sunday anyways. If you and Mike make it there will be at least six of us. Oh, GQ, by the way it is a very good restaurant. One of the waitresses has a pair of wings tatooed on her ahem so naturally she is an angel!

Yep! Stever Miracle, United289 (Dave), Kenny (Lilken) and I showed up. Dave got l.ocked out of an empty bathroom that Steve opened for him. Somehow a wet floor cone ended up in there after Dave came out. We ate like pigs and Kenny took home enough left over meatloaf and checken planks to feed two or three more people. I tried to get hold of Buck N Beans via cell phone relay but second base was mowing grass so a good plan fell apart and Paul didn't call them to let them know that we were still planning to meet. The place was packed with a long waiting line from just past noon to almost 1330 though. Annnnd they are hiring a dishwzasher, cook, and cashier for the 3 to 10 shift so we filled out a job application for Paul since he wasn't there to protect himself!

Sorry we missed y'all! House was hot and stuffy when we got up so I drug Mike and the kids down to Forked Run SP (figuring the mini-GT was canceled) and we all ended up jumping in the lake - blue jeans and all! Gosh it sure did feel great!! Had been ready to dunk someone all week long. Well, at least they didn't have to call the Sheriff on us for dunking this way! ;D Paul, I was just over at the Cool Spot and they wanted to know if you'd be interested in working the fuel desk (main counter) day shift??? I gave you a reference. Dave, what the heck did you do while in the men's room??? There's an "out of order" sign on the door. Phil, next time we don't show up, come and physically drag us off the hill---Since you have our directions. ;D

Yep I have. I was thinking..... much of what I am able to do is subject by how long I'm away from the house and that varies depending on what Sue is doing. Sooooo I was thinking why don't you guys go ahead and set something up and 'll try to at least make an appearance cause I got a little thingie for Ralph I keep forgetting to mail to him. Most any day I can be away from here for say six to eight hours without too much trouble so that puts about a hundred fifty mile radius on me. On a day she isn't working I can stretch that to maybe a single evening overnight or a day trip if I can bring a night time driver. My best chance for that would be a Sunday. What would you guys like to do? Oh some of you guys down here on my end if the schedule works out OK for me to be away and I can catch a ride I can help with gas and such maybe make it so one of you who would like to go up Northerly who might not otherwise be able to float the gas bill. Hell, might just do that whether I am able to go or not!

GQ if there is something nice there where we can get a good lunch why don't we just plan on meeting up for lunch with Ralph on a given day then those who want can camp, fish or whatever? Might tie it to the last week-end Ralph will be here or something. Or if y'all want maybe we can do a pot luck picnic lunch up there.

That dont sound bad to me Paws.
I have to work until 2:00 on the 11th so I wouldnt be able to camp until Sat. afternoon/ evening.
What are your thoughts TT?
Anyone else think they'd be able to make it?
If all the camping idea falls through, we can at least meet up at an eatin joint, or like Paws said, for a pot luck we could do the picnic thing at Indian Lake.

The 12th would probably be the best day for me. I could maybe stay ON Sunday night if the old lady doesn't need to get Dad to an appointment or something Monday.

I can be at most any place in Ohio within an hour and a half so the place makes no difference..the dates do, the 12th I have the reunion and I headed home on the 19th...a resturant, park, campground or backyard makes no difference...pot luck or sit-down, either way is fine by me...

OK then that makes the window the 13th through the 18th unless you need that last day for packing Ralph. Unless you aren't whipped on the 11th and might like to attend the Vinton CW bean dinner in Rio Grande. Down there by Bob Evans Farm. I think the feed starts at 3 PM and costs around 3 bucks a head. All the days are the same for me then and I'll probably do an "appearance" thing so I can show up and get back home to care for the animals. So whatever day you guys want is fine with me. Location makes no never mind either as long as the drive isn't over say 2 and a half to 3 hours. (Dogs need to piss about every eight hours anyway) We need to get this figured out in the next three days or so though cause times a wastin'!

11th is a reunion in Powhatan Point. Was planning on staying over and stopping by brother's place. 14th through 18th work for me. But, one problem-o.... Kids. There old enough to be alone, but I seriously don't trust the neighbor man around our daughter. Also one of our boys has had a little run in and can't be left unsupervised for the time being. Asking Mike's mom to watch them is totally out of the question. Phil, if you need a ride (and we can smuggle the heathens in), give a shout. Don't worry about the gas money. We can take it out of what Mike owes you!!

Mike doesn't owe me anything. One day somebody you know will need some help and if you find yourself in a position to be of help just do it. OK then the window is the 14th through the 18th and I assume that for Faith the best days would be week-end days. Is that correct? Probably the same story for you working stiffs? I'm down with that!
