I can't help with the day off but I can provide a tent or two and a couple of cots. How many are you bringing?

Any one need directions to the GT location?
I'm still planning on being there, but I have to go in to have some colon polyps checked on the 24th. The Doc says that if they are too large, they may need to be surgically removed.

Hope everything goes ok for ya there Buckeye. Not familiar with how painful polyps are to have removed, but surgery is surgery and a knife cut is a knife cut. Good luck! Paws, I think I am set with the tent now. Sorry it took so long to answer ya. My visits here this week have been sporatic and I dont always get to make it this far down on the board. I do really appreciate the offer though! And it is confirmed. I have the day off. So barring any unforseen nasties its a go! Any word on the hat or t-shirt thing yet? I wouldnt mind getting in on that.

I heard we're getting bumper stickers 'cause they last longer and our significant others can't mistake them for shop rags or dish cloths! ;D

That would be a good idea, except that United would probably make them yellow or peel them off the bumpers.

OK. Here's a plan......Order extras for United. We take his and roll them sticky side out and stick them to his chair (which has been moved a considerable safe distance away from the fire) and have him sit down. Then he can't even get near our bumbers! ;D

I know! I'll bring yarn and a big needle and United can embrolider our names and "Ohio GT 2007" on everybody's white T. That'll keep him away from the bumper stickers! I got mail from Mad Jack. Says he plans to come with FI gear.

Hey all! United (Dave Shackle) siad he might be able to pull off getting hats for the GT. He said he can't make any promises, but he's gonna give it a shot. He needs to know if you want one by Monday. You can check in over on NAHC, or e-mail him at united289@verizon.net.
