Thanks Bruce! Much appreciated. I've kept the Sheriff's office informed of the shenanigans occuring round here and will let them in on this as well. I'm not acusing her you understand. Hate to see her lose her job and me all that spousal support

Yes it would be a shame to loose that spousal support, wouldn't be able to buy the animals there treats. ;D

Don't worry Paws, she can't do a thing without your consent on a sale and odds are she knows it and is waiting for you to "mess up" so she has something to use against you. Leave her alone and let her wonder what you are up to. ;D Going silent will drive her nuts.

What is she going to do Mars? Maybe tell the Judge that I got pissed after she was gone five months and screamed at her? Hey, I'm Walkin! No brace all day! The knee cap is solid and the thing seems to be working without pain or swelling. I been walking around, just a little bit. I can sit down and raise up without popping and pain. And I was on the mower which requires a double twist articulation with a side mount dismount with a 2.9 degree of difficulty!

OK, I'll acquiesce to your advice. Thanks all for the PMs and emails. I'll try to keep my cool. It sure isn't easy though knowing that son of a bitch is sittin' up in Columbus fat dumb and happy (well drug induced euphoria) having dumped us and her responsibilities while we struggle to keep the bills paid, the damned house repaired, and propane in the tank. After all, these animals and this POS trailer were her ideas and only came about at her insistence and my "good nature". I'm canceling the old DirecTV this week which will save me sixty bucks a month or more appropriately allow me to direct it to heat. I've also taken measures to cancel an annuity set up to provide for spousal support in the event of my demise which of course she does not deserve. That will save me $132.00 bucks more a month and provide a nice lump of "ordinary income for tax purposes" amounting to in the neighborhood of 27K US. Now if I can get this knee clicking on 95 to 97 percent I'll see if I can find myself a job round here someplace. Won't be talking about it on here though cause I don't trust her to not break in the place while I'm gone. She has already broke in three times since she left and denies it. You know, if I play this right I just might be able to keep this place and still force her to pay off the trailer. After all she did tell me that she didn't want anything from here. In any case every month she makes a payment is one payment less I'll have to make in the event I end up having to pay it off. I would really like to stay here. I like the location and it has become home. The expense of the house payment and taxes makes it impractical without additional income of some sort though so I'm bouncing around with no place to land right now. Too, her indecision and obstinence make it impossible to make long range plans of any sort.

Guess who called while I was out buying more cat food and stressing my injured knee? Yes, it said "It's me call me back." Think I will? Nope! Not after promising you guys I wouldn't. She can kiss my rosey red ass!

Nobody has to register to see this. I'm hiding nothing nor have I secreted information or lied to Sue from day one. Unfortunately she can not say the same. As I have explained to her a thousand times; be fair with me and I'll be fair with you. Treat me dirty and get the shit end of the stick back a hundred fold.

Hell of a way to have to treat somebody you care for and trusted isn't it? I really do not know what makes people tick.

Well I did overdo the knee. It is back to pain and swelling again. Fortunately it is only for very short duration like less than a few minutes. A couple medicos I been communicating with tell me that sitting with it bent over prolonged periods is not a real good thing for it so I need to limit my sit down rest time for it. I did call Sue again after I had given her back to the Lord. (See and you didn't even know he had a returns section!) Anyway I was going to leave her a message but she answered. I told her that "she knows what we need and either she will help or not in any case what can we do about it? Bye" I feel a whole lot cleaner now.

Noticed Sue's BFF drive by this afternoon. Strange she needs to access the new highway via this route since it is about four miles out of her way! It was this nosey bitch's fault Sue and I originally got into it about four years ago. I've decided to retain a junk yard dog attorney and put the whole mess in his hands. Giving him free reign to do whatever dirty trick horse crap he thinks is best. Actions and schedule are totally at his control. So now we will see just where this goes.

I had to cancel my appointment with my Veterans Service Officer this morning. Afraid I might slip and jerk that damned knee back out worse. Now I discover I'm out of cat food and have no choice but to head to Wally World. I'm really not looking forward to it but I guess I'll combine errands and park as close as possible. Got to tell you this is the first time in a long time I've actually really and truly been scared. I guess if I'm going to be alone I'd best make arrangements for such things huh!

Well I survived the trip I did slip and twist it and to my surprise it felt better after. Then I noticed that I was exhausted by the time I got to the door and figured that was due to my lack of exercise. I put a pair of 42s on this morning cause the fortys were too tight! Well I figured out it was the way I was walking kind of Chester Good exagerated limp to keep the weight off the knee. Then I decided to force myself to try a normal step, then another and another and after a few the pain was gone and the leg felt real good. So I'm watching my gate and how I step now to keep it normal. I bought a "beefed up" brace that supposedly can be used to play sports with an injured knee to get me back to my morning walking. I sure hope that works out OK so I can get on with life and heal too!

Awwwwwwwww the new bracek is working like a champ. I can pretty well use the knee normally although the brae is a bit bulky. Good thing I saved a couple pair of relaxed fit "too big for my ass but just right for my belly jeans!"

Well I am motivating but I'm wondering if any healing is happening. I do not see any significant improvement without the brace. Everything works fine when I get out of bed and I'm good for maybe a half hour or a few rounds through the house before it starts swelling and stiffening up. Then if I push it, it starts hurting. I managed to walk a few minutes today with the brace but it has been so long that I felt the tiredness and pain back in the hips like day one. I guess I'll keep on trucking!

Paws, I don't know if this will help you or not. I work for Sam's and they have a fax&pull or phone and pull. You tell them what you want and they will have it ready for you very close to the front of the store and upon request will load it in your vehicle. Now that is how it works at Sam's.....Honestly I don't know how it works at WW. I will tell you this, you will save money on cat and dog foods at Sam's. Of course we are talking bulk not a 5 or 10# bag. Most cat food is in 20/30# bags. Dog food 40/60# bags.....Even 50# of horse feed I think is under $5. But for whatever reason horses are not near as choosy as cats & dogs.. snake-eyes

Don't have a Sam's nearby. Might be one in Parkersburg I'm not sure. Anyway I use a 20 pound bag of Pedigree Indoor Cat Formula every five days at just over $10.00 a bag. Fifty pounds of Pedigree little bites for small dogs at $17.00 a bag a month and a fifty pound bag of Ol Roy chunks with gravy at around $8.00 a month. Canned food is a 6 pack of Special Kitty every 3rd day (10 a month) at $1.50 or fifty cents a day plus a Special diet for the diabetic at $1.24 a day and two cans of Ole Roy canned dog food a day at 88 cents per day. What kills is the cat litter at $12.50 a 30 pound box and 2 boxes a week. While on the subject of kitty litter; that stuff I use is an Arm and Hammer product that is treated diatemaceous clay with deodorizers and such. When the cats use it they add amonio and bacteria in their urine and feces. The bacterial deposits can cause human diseases theat emulate the flu and get really nasty. Anybody know of anything that will innoculate the clay, neutralize the ammonia and maybe kill the parasites too? I got a half idea of using recycled cat litter as a medium for raising red wigglers (fishing worms) If it works it would produce an abundance of fishing worms and turn the litter into useable castings equal to the best loamy soils. I know that the current medium is paper and cardboard which for the most part are composed of wood pulp and clay . The clay makes a great patching medium for holes in gravel driveways and is suitable in compost piles for florals and non-edible plants as is but it sure would be nice to stretch the value out some more.
