Couple 12 ounce sirloins on the grill. Nothing fancy, no salt or pepper or rub, just there over the coals till they were medium done and enjoyed them with a tbsp of Kraft chipotle BBQ sauce on the side. Damn good tasting meat!

Two devil crabs and two stuffed potato balls and two beef burritos and a large cranberry juice cocktail.
I been dieting so long that when i finished stuffing myself with all of that; I damn near puked it back up a time or two... Stomach has really shrunk. Not that long ago I could eaten three times that... So yea; progress, lol.
I been getting in a LOT of exercise lately; lot of walking. My back is still killing me, but I'm not slowing up much.

So far, all I've had today is a beer I found hidden in the crisper drawer. I don't really care for beer anymore. But it sure did taste good after pitching out and disinfecting the hen house. I've got some boneless chicken thighs thawing out for supper. Don't want to go to a lot of fuss making supper. So thinking I might just flip them through the skillet and make a couple sammiches.

I got some chili in the slow cooker. Red, yellow, and green bell peppers, a banana pepper, two hot red peppers all chopped small. A sweet onion, two pounds of browned turkey burger, extra chili powder, handful of crushed garlic cloves, and two big cans of red beans and one medium sized can of black beans.
I dig out dad's big cooker and filled it up. Dunno how it's gonna taste, but I'll be eating on it for a while.

Big old sausage patty on an English muffin with a nice bowl of home made chicken noodle soup. Took the wide curly egg noodles and throwed them in a pot of water, cooked them a while and added a can of mixed veggies drained, a sprinkle of chicken bouillon, a can of chicken noodle soup, and a large can of diced chicken breast. Turned it off and let it simmer a bit in its own heat. On taste test added a little salt, some pepper and a teaspoon of capers and a tablespoon of dehydrated onion and a half teaspoon of garlic powder. Let it set a few more minutes . Holy mackerel it is fandamntastic and I am really gettin' off on cooking from the survival pantry!

Fried up a couple dozen shellcrackers and bluegills and added to them a bunch of cornmeal hushpuppies and a small pot of grits.

Two, fourteen ounce sirloins on the Foreman Grill. I had the outside grill lit and fired up with pecan and oak wood, but by the time I got the meat ready, the bottom dropped out of the cloud cover and I wound up "grilling" them inside to medium rare. Man oh man was they ever tasty too!!! :-)
