I'll get it tomorrow for you. I ate all of the cookies yesterday, so I had nothing to snack on tonight. So, I made a coup;e of grill cheese sammiches on my George Foreman grill (I love that thing) and ate 'em just now while I was getting some work done here on the 'puter. I forgot the tea though and am thirsty, but too lazy to get up and go get it....I'm not proud of that...

For snack time we had grilled cheese with American, Swiss and a couple slices of shaved ham with a mug of tomato soup. Helped some cause this morning's glucose early was 156.

Toby I'd give my right arm for some of that fresh fruit! Lately, the TV snack bowl is my van's dash board loaded with Little Debbie oatmeal pies and jelly beans. All cup holders are fully loaded with iced tea, diet Pepsi, and coffee.

Don't do Pepsi products, Nope; they fund queers. Why the Coke man told me he wouldn't waste his money on Pepsi Macadamia nut cookies and fresh cow juice!

Don't do Pepsi products, Nope; they fund queers. Why the Coke man told me he wouldn't waste his money on Pepsi Macadamia nut cookies and fresh cow juice! Paws, Trust me,if that were even close to being the truth, my son would have not worked for Pepsi for going on 15years.... It is absolute BS spread by Coke and not the first time. You certainly have not seen any Coke adds saying: "Drink,Coke, fags love it!" have you?

How about a banana??? I have blood work in the AM..drinking a great deal of water today.
I can have ice water soon, as I just heard the first ice cube fall in the ice bin and the water come on to replace the the cube. It was the relay switch to the compressor. I am going to go on-line a order the the original...he said, that it was due to the power going off and on that the relays just aren't made as the once were. Two large ice chests of food to pitch... I am afraid to use it, shrimp, beef roasts, pork chops, many veggies, ham, ground turkey, sausage and etc. Makes me sick to think of the $'s that are down the drain.

and a big mug of beef bouillon. Phil, I drink it all time and chicken bouillon also.Take it to work at least twice a week in my thermos.I usually add a bit of garlic powder and ground pepper. I always wondered about the sodium content. Not that I would quit drinking it,but it always taste salty to me..... As to the snack thingy. Most of the time some kind of cheese with either Ritz crackers or with ham in a roll up. Really like bleu, but any type cheese works...even Limburger.Don't use it unless Mrs snake is off on one of her excursions

Oh there is a bunch of salt in there. I been getting that tomato with chile pepper style and man it is great. Got me adding chili powder to my beef as well. I generally have a big mug, about two cups, every other day or so.
