How come it is you reckon that Obama is getting the Black vote I work with a great group of black Americans, many of whom are veterans. Slowly, they are being forced out of their jobs and replaced with Somalian muslim immigrants to achieve the perception of political correctness. Their presidential choices are varied, but few, particularly among the veterans, support Obama. Today, when I talk politics at work, the talk centers on agreeing that we will always have political differences, but we need to set our differences aside and restore America to the proud strong nation that we all remember. One particularly proud and black old Marine put it this way "my daddy drove a truck in WW2 and was wounded, my uncles fought in Korea and were wounded, I fought in 'Nam and was wounded and none of us fought for this crooked degenerate sh*t thats going on now"

Amen to that! Hell of a thing when everybody casts their votes for whatever promise of a gift comes their direction. The What's in it for me vote!" How is that any different than flat out selling your votes? Can anybody tell me "who" and Why" any of the candidates running for office would be a good president? Does anyone think that their is a Statesman who can; stand tall and make his decisions based on what is the best for the nation, party/constistuentcy/race/sex/sexual preference/religeon be damned? Do any of these candidates know how to win a war? Can any of these folk secure our nation from attack or illegal entry? Do any of these folk believe in anything?

I'd like to know one thing about Obama.....Why doesnt he talk about his white grandmother who raised him all his life, but he insists about talking about his black grandmother, who in fact is not his paternal grandmother, but his grandfathers third wife....He never saw this black woman until 1980....... I also believe that Slick Willey planned in advance by having his office up in Harlem NY, to garnish the black vote for Hitlery .....What do you guys think?

NY Feminists Accuse Kennedy of Betrayal By Associated Press 6:55 PM EST, January 29, 2008
NEW YORK - The New York chapter of The National Organization for Women accused Sen. Edward M. Kennedy of betraying women with his endorsement of Barack Obama, prompting the organization's national office to come to the Massachusetts senator's defense.
"Women have just experienced the ultimate betrayal," NOW's New York State chapter said in a scorching rebuke. "Senator Kennedy's endorsement of Hillary Clinton's opponent in the Democratic presidential primary campaign has really hit women hard."
On Monday, Kennedy, D-Mass., his son Patrick and his niece Caroline Kennedy announced their support for Obama. Edward Kennedy said the country needs a leader who can bring people together and create change.
But the move angered the state chapter of NOW, which called Kennedy's decision the "greatest betrayal."
"We are repaid with his abandonment!" the statement said. "He's picked the new guy over us. He's joined the list of progressive white men who can't or won't handle the prospect of a woman president who is Hillary Clinton."
The group said it was our obligation to "elect, unabashedly, a president that is the first woman after centuries of men who 'know what's best for us.'"
Shortly after the local chapter reacted to Kennedy's endorsement, the national office of NOW in Washington, D.C., which has endorsed Clinton, released its own statement.
"The National Organization for Women has enormous respect and admiration for Senator Edward Kennedy," NOW President Kim Gandy wrote. "For decades Senator Kennedy has been a friend of NOW, and a leader and fighter for women's civil and reproductive rights, and his record shows that."
Gandy said her group respects Kennedy's decision to back Obama.
"We continue to encourage women everywhere to express their opinions and exercise their right to vote," she said.
In a blitz of television appearances on Tuesday, Kennedy said he'd also support the New York senator if she was the eventual Democratic presidential nominee. And that's the kind of stuff that happens when the voter lets an "organization" make their decisions for them. DNC, RNC, GOP, ANR, NOW; it doesn't matter what the entity or their platforms, it's destroying our individual freedom and our nation right along with it. Take a look at the Political gene pool we have to choose from.

Clinton and Obama both want National Health Care Insurance; Why?? I pay a hundred and thirty two dollars a month for mine. The government pays sixteen hundred a month. My doctor pays over twenty thousand dollars a year in malpractice insurance. He charges two hundred fifty dollars for a fifteen minute visit which works out to an annual fee of two million dollars a year bassed on a two thousand hour work week. Does anybody see anything wrong with this picture? Seems to me that the problem isn't insurance shortage and cost rather medical fees! Lets fix it. No big deal is it? The solutions are simple. Want to hear them? OK, pick the kids out of school who want to be doctors and send them to school at government expense; yess government expense. Doctors, nurses, dentists, military officers, career NCOs, city planners, scientists, andd some other chosen ocupations should be funded by the nation simply because the nation has a dire ned for them and their services are transferrable nation wide. Next we abolish all forms of malpractice insurance and limit litigation to pre-defined dollar amounts for given accidental injury or death. Then move medical incicents to a board of review made up of citizens excluding doctors to determine whether or not the practioner continues to practice or is fired. Oh, by the way the cost of receiving a free education is that the recipient will provide services as educator part time during his/her years of practice and full time for a defined period following retirement from practice at an age or time determined as part of the service contract. Then let free enterprise take over. Doctor can earn all he/she is worth acording to market demands and screw insurance of any kind. It's a start. Hey, lets fix the problem, not the symptom and create a new basket full of problems.

I guess driving a woman off a bridge and letting her drown is not betrayal to NOW?
Women vote for Clinton
Blacks vote for Obama
White males vote for Romney
Anybody out there going to vote for the U.S. and not their own selfish wants?
It was stupid of Clinton to yell racism because blacks voted for Obama in S.C. as she condoles up to her gender for votes.

Anybody out there going to vote for the U.S. and not their own selfish wants? I guess being the old fart that I am and a lifelong conservative republican I will stick with John McCain to the end. I don't have a problem with blacks or women in politics. My problem is with liberal democrats. Any one that thinks national health care is a good thing should talk to our neighbors to the North. snake-eyes

Hillary said that everytime someone is served at the ER without insurance that it is a "Hidden Tax" on everyone. What a line of horse doo doo caca! If the "Hidden Border Patrol Agents" would volunteer to man the Information Desk this problem would be solved along with the long lines, understaffing, overcharging, language barrier, ....

Yep, her version of having the rest of us to not pay for the uninsured is for the rest of us to pay for the uninsured. Nobody has a right to good health, longlife or medical care to bring it about. Death cures all health problems. See in the news today the goverment is fighting over how many BILLIONS to send to africa for aids. My answer is $0. Slaves where africas most valuable asset and now that they no longer export slaves the continent is pretty much useless and not worth the money. Ban all U.S. travel to and from africa and let them die. What minerals, animals they have can be taken after they are all dead.

Yep, the cures for AIDS, drug abuse, STDs, VD, and all other forms of self abuse are definitely self correcting. You got the dough then cough it up if not negotiate with the doctor or shut up and go home. This subsidy crap just spirals the cost totally out of sanity and assures that the medical profession can afford the highest paid attorneys and insurance salesmen on the planet and neither of these professions is an asset to civilization. If we insist on providing foreign aide then I propose we train our prisoners in first aide, ditch digging, water bucket carrying, mud brick making, hand labor agriculture and send their asses offshore to help with a one way ticket.

Mandatory auto insurance sure did solve problems! NOT!
For the first time since I turned 18, I'm not going to vote. There's not a single person running that I believe would be worth a dang to this country.

I think I am suffering from "Electile Dysfunction" as well. I just can't get excited about any of the clowns running this time. Before, I usually did a process of elimination by voting for the lesser of the evils...but this time there is less of a line of delineation. On the Democrat side, we have a "sociopathic witch" and a "Arab in sheep's-clothing." On the Republican side we have an "aging alleged war-hero" (at least he isn't a gun-grabber), a "New York hoodlum" (he knew how to prosecute the Mafia guys because he was more crooked than they were), we have a spoiled little rich boy (whose daddy used to run AMC), then there is that "Ron Who?" guy...guess that only leaves the Huckleberry guy? Way I understand, he is the only one besides McCain who isn't a gun grabber, willing to fall at Sarah Brady's feet and kiss her bum. I think we are up doo-doo creek without a paddle...and the canoe is starting to leak badly! We all know that with all the dorks and left wingers in this country, we stand a great chance of getting something/someone in there this time that will be the beginning of the end of the USA as a nation. No country can stand when they open their borders and take everyone (legal or not) in and support them...and adopt all their customs they bring with them. It destroyed Greece, it destroyed Rome, and it will destroy us too! Enough...I've already crossed over the line by discussing politics here. Two things I don't like to discuss are religion and politics. Guess all we can do is hope? -Rogue-

Eloquently presented! One only need to review the history of the myriad of Middle East wars and the direct and immediate results of receiving refugees to see how opening the borders affects the economy.
