We'll see in a couple of days. Took blood this afternoon. My weight has been like a yoyo over the past month but the glucose is steadily improving. Must admit, I do feel better and have more energy. I pedal my bicycle probably an hour a day pedalling my ass to nowhere.

A1C is 9.2! ;D That is still way high of the 6.0 target but a hell of a lot better than the two previous of 12.6 and 11.2 readings. We are on our way I think.

See what your doctor thinks of Victoza. If you are not using insulin. It seems to be working for me. Two other things: (1) The four day celery fast does work. It dumps the livers reserves and drops the glucose to normal for a time but it is up to us to keep it there (2) Doctor took my buddy "off" Metformin and left his other medications alone. His glucose dropped from over 400 average to under 180 almost immediately. I can not figure out why; under investigation.
